THE CAMPAIGN
Survivor is the perfect reality program to showcase Bio-Strath’s 5 benefits (Energy, Focus, Recovery, Stamina and Immune Support), as a 100% natural food supplement, in a natural environment. Being a sponsor was great but we wanted to make fans feel like they were in the game.
Survivor contestants occasionally receive written messages stuck in a tree, referred to on the show as treemail.
We didn’t have trees, but we did have email. Except a message in your inbox was too easy for the super fans of a show as challenging as Survivor, so we sent the most unreadable email we could.
We invited our social followers to join the Nakaligtas tribe (Filipino for “Survivor”). Eighteen contestants were chosen, receiving clues to challenges they needed to overcome in a race against the clock (and the other contestants). The last two superfan castaways received an all-expenses paid trip to the live screening of the finale.
